At the start of the relationship Tyco carefully assessed and rationalised the Monsoon’s Fire, Security & Electrical Testing provision, thoroughly evaluating the existing contracts before consolidating Monsoon’s requirements into a sole supplier relationship across all disciplines. With monthly review meetings in place and a dedicated Key Account Administrator managing the relationship and monitoring performance on a daily basis, Monsoon now benefits from a proactive, responsive, and personalised service delivered by Tyco.
